Technical Recruiter 2026 New Graduate
  • Radiant Industries
  • El Segundo
technical recruiter customer support dev

About Radiant

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to 5 years without refueling. Portable nuclear power with rapid-deploy capability can replace similar-sized diesel generators and provide critical asset support for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. Radiant’s unique, practical approach to nuclear development leverages modern software engineering to rapidly deliver safe, factory-built microreactors that use existing, well-qualified materials. Founded in 2020, Radiant is on track to test its first reactor at the Idaho National Laboratory this summer, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.

About the Role

Radiant is seeking a driven recent grad to join our talent team and help build the engineering teams behind Kaleidos, our portable, mass-producible nuclear microreactor targeting commercial deployment in 2028. This is a role for someone who wants to start a career in recruitment, work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with real ownership and influence, build a deep tech career, and learn about several technical domains like nuclear, hardware, electrical, software, and more. You'll get close mentorship from recruiters and sourcers who've built teams before, regular visibility with executives, own requisitions, and find top talent for engineering leaders and their teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Run your own reqs from open to close, building the pipeline, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and getting offers signed.

  • Find niche talent markets for specialized engineering roles in places like GitHub repos, arXiv papers, technical mailing lists, tech foundation communities, conference speaker rosters, and academic programs.

  • Create talent market reports based on research you drive to help make better-informed recruiting strategies.

  • Coordinate interviews and help facilitate hiring team debriefs to keep decisions moving quickly.

  • Sit in on offer conversations with senior recruiters and learn how strategy and closing work in practice.

  • Help shape how Radiant recruits; the processes, tools, and 3rd party platforms you help build and adopt now become the foundation the team scales on.

  • Get hands-on exposure to hiring across multiple technical functions: electrical, mechanical, software, and more.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, sourcing, or coordination, or you've picked it up on your own and can point to something that proves it.

  • Something outside the classroom that shows real team influence, a club you led, student government, a project you built, a sport you competed in, or work you volunteered for.

  • A genuine pull toward hardware, nuclear, physics, or AI/ML; you don't need an engineering background, just real curiosity.

  • A bias toward action: you move quickly, problem-solve on the fly, and know when to raise your hand for help.

  • You're able to hold a genuine conversation with technical candidates, curious enough to ask good questions, and honest enough to admit when something's outside your depth.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related major is a plus.

  • Any prior exposure to hardware, software, engineering, or tech recruiting, even informally.

  • Comfort picking up new tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing, LLM platforms, even without direct prior experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.

  • Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.

Benefits and Perks

  • Stock: Substantial incentive stock plan for all full-time employees.

  • Medical: 100% up to base silver level plan for employee + 50% dependents, offers up to Platinum plans.

  • One Medical: Sponsored memberships for employees and their dependents.

  • Vision: 100% top tier plan coverage + 50% for dependents.

  • Dental: 100% top tier plan coverage, orthodontia extra, 50% for dependents.

  • Voluntary life, accident, hospital, critical illness, commuter and FSA/HSA are offered as employee contributed benefits.

  • 8-weeks of paid parental leave for all parents. Additional paid pregnancy leave for CA employees.

  • Daily catered lunch. Free snacks and drinks.

  • Flexible PTO policy. Remote workday allocation.

  • Company and team-bonding events, happy hours and in-person camaraderie.

  • Beautiful El Segundo headquarters close to the Pacific Ocean.

Total Compensation and Benefits
Radiant compensates people for impact and invests in those who continue to raise the bar. Radiant’s new hire compensation package includes base salary, substantial equity grants, and comprehensive health benefits. Total compensation and level are determined through a rigorous evaluation of interview performance, experience, education, and qualifications, and are designed to support continued growth as scope, responsibility, and impact expand at Radiant.

This role demands someone who leads with a customer service mindset- every detail, every touchpoint, and every stakeholder interaction reflects on the Lantern brand and our members’ experience.

Beyond the OE program, this role supports internal events as well as our annual client conference. The right person thrives in structured complexity- they build systems, follow through on every detail, and collaborate naturally across teams with competing priorities.

    • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of 200+ open enrollment benefit fairs annually, including logistics coordination, vendor management, staffing, and on-site support.
    • Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable systems for the OE benefit fairs program- from swag shipments and ensuring events are fully staffed to post-event reporting and learnings capture.
    • Serve as the primary cross-functional partner across Client Success, Member Marketing, and Growth Marketing Events to ensure each benefit fair meets client expectations and delivers consistent, high-quality member experience.
    • Manage internal corporate events handling venue sourcing, room assignments, logistics, budget tracking, run-of-show, and vendor coordination.
    • Support execution of the annual client conference, contributing to logistics, attendee experience, and on-site coordination.
    • Maintain rigorous pre-event documentation and lead post-event debriefs to capture learnings, flag recurring issues, and drive continuous process improvement.
    • Track and manage event-level budget allocations across the OE program, flagging variances and ensuring spend stays on plan.
    • Proactively manage event calendars, timelines, and internal project tracking in Monday.com, keeping all stakeholders aligned without requiring follow-up.
    • Develop creative activation ideas for our highest-priority client benefit fairs. These will be experiential moments, branded touchpoints, and on-site concepts that help Lantern stand out and elevate the member experience at our VIP clients.
    • Partner with design and marketing teams on event materials, signage, and member communications as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience managing high-volume or complex events programs, with demonstrated ability to run multiple event formats simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
    • Proven experience planning and executing internal corporate events including venue sourcing, logistics, and on-site execution.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a process-first mindset; you think in checklists, timelines, and contingency plans.
    • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities across multiple internal teams.
    • Comfortably analyzing event performance data and translating results into actionable improvements.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Monday.com; familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
    • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, especially during peak OE season.

    Bonus If You Have:

    • Experience in employer healthcare, employee benefits, or HR tech
    • Background building scalable multi-event programs from the ground up
    • Experience working directly with client success or account management teams in a B2B environment
    • Experience hiring 3rd party contracted staff to work events

    • Bring ownership mentality to the OE benefits fair program, knowing the details cold, catching problems early, and closing loops without being asked.
    • Navigate cross-functional complexity with ease, building trust with Client Success, Member Marketing, and Growth Marketing stakeholders who all have a stake in program outcomes.
    • Build and refine systems that make 200+ events feel manageable- documentation, templates, ROI tracking, and processes that scale without losing quality.
    • Bring a creative eye to VIP activations, proposing ideas that leave an impression
    • Always maintain a customer service mindset, understanding that each benefit fair is a direct touchpoint with our members and a reflection of both Lantern and our clients’ brand.
    • Balance high-volume execution with strategic thinking, spotting patterns, proposing improvements, and escalating risks before they become problems.

We focus on making better-for-you cuisine accessible while offering clean-label, plant-driven, and most importantly – delicious food. Join us in shaping the future of the restaurant industry and be part of our innovative culinary journey!

    Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

    • 401k with up to a 4% employer match after one year
    • Remote Work

    The role:

This is not a traditional FP&A role. You’ll sit at the intersection of finance and operations, using real-time data from our kitchens and markets to understand what’s happening on the ground and translate that into clear, actionable insights that drive the business forward.

    Your Impact:

    • Own core reporting across locations and districts, and continuously improve and automate it so the team can focus on insights, not manual work
    • Build and maintain a rolling forecast grounded in real operational inputs, and lead reforecasts with clear variance drivers and forward-looking scenarios
    • Translate what’s happening in our kitchens and markets into clear financial insights, connecting day-to-day operations to P&L performance

    • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience working with large datasets; SQL is a plus
    • Highly analytical with the ability to break down complex problems and identify key drivers
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities
    • Strong communicator who can translate data into clear insights for non-finance partners
    • Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with an ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
    • Interest in operating roles and using data to drive real-world outcomes, not just reporting
    • Degree in finance, math, engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company.

    VP Revenue
    • Mongoose
    • New York, New York, New York, United States
education medical full time non tech

Mongoose is the leading AI Engagement Platform in higher education. Colleges and universities use us to increase enrollment, retention, and fundraising — without adding staff.

We have the product and the customers. What we don't have yet is a revenue engine to match. That's this role. As VP of Revenue, you own it end to end — new business, client success, account management, and, most importantly, the system that ties them together. Your job is to make it simple and run it with discipline.

    What You'll Do

    • Own all of revenue. The whole revenue org reports to you — one team, one leader. New business, client success, and account management are the front line, with enablement and operations behind them — the training and tools that set them up to win. It all serves one goal: grow ARR — by winning new business and helping our customers succeed. So you're measured on two things: new ARR and gross retention.

    • Build a simple, repeatable selling system. One clear path from first call to close to renewal — the stages, standards, and playbooks the whole team runs the same way. Make it so clear that reps know what good looks like and spend their time selling, not guessing. Done right, it shows up in forecasts you can trust, faster deals, and better conversion at every step.

    • Grow the people who sell it. Our reps are early in their careers and hungry, so growing them isn't a side project — it's the job. You build the system that does it: ramp, enablement, and a steady coaching cadence. And you're in it, not above it — in the deals and the reviews, helping close and coaching the fundamentals in the moment, not from a slide at quarter's end. The result is reps who sell with real confidence and conviction: they know how to win, and they believe they will.

    • Move us up-market. Our next stage of growth is in bigger deals. You know where the real opportunity lives in higher ed, and you focus the team there — raising the ACV we pursue, building around the highest-value accounts, and growing the ones with real upside. It takes sharp market judgment, a head for the numbers, and the discipline to say no to deals that aren't worth the team's time.

    • Run revenue like an AI company. Most revenue orgs still operate the way they did decades ago — we won't. We sell AI for a living, and the whole company is getting far more efficient, accurate, and effective by letting AI do the manual work. That takes more than watching for the next AI tool — it takes imagination: you picture how technology could reinvent the work, then we build it.

    What You'll Bring

    • You've run a full revenue org — new business and retention both — and carried a number yourself, not just managed people who carried theirs.

    • When a number gets missed, you go straight to the funnel math — pipeline, conversion, time-in-stage — not the story about why.

    • You've built a selling system that works — whether you stood it up from scratch or overhauled a broken one inside an established org.

    • You're a real coach. You've taken early-career reps and turned them into closers — hands-on, not from a dashboard.

    • You think in unit economics and read a market fast. You've moved a team toward bigger, better deals, and had the discipline to walk from the rest.

    • You're already using AI to reinvent how you work, and you don't wait for permission to push it further.

    • Higher ed or EdTech experience is a strong plus, not a must. The market has real nuance — if you haven't lived in it, show us how you'll close the gap fast.

How We WorkRevenue doesn't run in isolation. You're a key member of our senior leadership team — leading revenue alongside the CEO, partnering with Product and Marketing on go-to-market, and with Finance and People to run the business. Tight feedback loops, honest calls, shared decisions. We hold each other accountable to the plan — and to the whole outcome, not just our own lane.

    More About Mongoose

1,000+ higher ed institutions already trust Mongoose — built to give their teams exponentially more capacity across the systems they already run.

AI handles the routine, so people can focus on the work that actually moves students forward — more applications completed, more students retained, more donors reached. Same team. Much bigger impact.

    What We Offer

    • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

    • 401K with company match: 100% of the 1st 3% and 50% of the next 2%

    • Flexible PTO

    • Competitive Leave Policies

    • 13 paid holidays, including a week off between Christmas and New Year’s

The BasicsRemote, anywhere in the US. Some travel — for customers, for big deals, and for time together as a team.

At Mongoose, we believe that diversity drives innovation, and inclusion builds stronger teams. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. Strategy and Operations Lead
    • PatientIQ
    • Chicago, Chicago, Illinois, United States
    design sys admin recruiter marketing
    About PatientIQ

PatientIQ is a fast-growing health tech company on a mission to improve patient outcomes. We partner with healthcare providers, medical device companies, and researchers to collect, analyze, and act on patient-reported outcomes data at scale — powering smarter clinical decisions and accelerating the future of value-based care.

Headquartered in Chicago and backed by top-tier venture capital and major health system investors, PatientIQ is building the largest platform for healthcare providers, industry partners, and researchers to collaborate on what matters most: helping patients get better.

    The opportunity

PatientIQ is hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to help drive the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives and strengthen the operating foundation required for our next phase of growth.

Working directly with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team, you'll help build and scale our Strategic Program Office (SPO) - a new function responsible for governing the company's portfolio of strategic initiatives while improving how we plan, communicate, and execute across the business.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical operator who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex problems, and enjoys turning strategy into execution.

    What You'll Do

    • Own PatientIQ's portfolio of strategic initiatives—governing the company's highest-priority work from prioritization through execution, ensuring every initiative has clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and executive visibility
    • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering across Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver measurable business results
    • Help build and scale PatientIQ's Strategic Program Office (SPO) by establishing the governance, operating cadence, portfolio management, and accountability mechanisms that enable the company to execute at scale
    • Partner with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team on strategic planning, executive operating rhythms, organizational priorities, board and leadership communications, and other high-impact initiatives critical to the business
    • Develop executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and communications that translate complex information into clear decisions, align stakeholders, and enable faster, higher-quality execution
    • Define and measure business impact by establishing KPI frameworks, tracking strategic initiatives, surfacing risks early, and ensuring investments deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes
    • Champion AI-enabled ways of working by standardizing AI-powered workflows, automating manual processes, and embedding AI into how teams plan, communicate, analyze, and execute—creating meaningful leverage across the organization
    • Drive accountability across the organization by clarifying ownership, facilitating decision-making, removing execution roadblocks, and maintaining momentum on the company's most important priorities

    What Success Looks Like

We believe clarity drives performance. Here's what the first 90 days look like in this role:

30 days - Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and functional leaders. Develop a deep understanding of PatientIQ's business, product, customers, strategic priorities, and operating cadence. Begin identifying opportunities to improve execution, communication, and operational efficiency. Become proficient with the company's AI tools and workflows.

60 days - Independently own one or more executive operating cadences. Lead a cross-functional strategic initiative with minimal oversight. Deliver executive-ready analyses and communications that enable faster decision-making. Begin establishing the SPO framework

90 days - Be recognized as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff and executive team. Fully support the company's strategic initiative portfolio and executive reporting cadence. Launch the foundational components of the Strategic Program Office. Deliver measurable improvements in execution through AI-enabled workflows and standardized operating processes.

    Requirements

    What you bring

    Required

    • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions, identify the most important issues, and develop clear, actionable recommendations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing concise, executive-ready materials independently
    • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across teams without formal authority
    • Strong business judgment—you understand when to analyze further, when to make a recommendation, and when to push an organization toward a decision
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining a clear view of the broader business context
    • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, information may be incomplete, and the path forward is not always defined
    • High ownership mindset—you do not wait for perfect direction and are comfortable building structure, defining the work, and driving it to completion
    • Strong aptitude for AI and modern productivity tools, with an interest in using technology to improve analysis, communication, and organizational efficiency
    • Exposure to go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, product strategy, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS is a strong differentiator
    • Bachelor's degree required

    Nice to have

    • Previous experience in a healthcare technology environment
