We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Implementation & Technical Account Management team — the frontline that keeps our global payment operations running without a hitch. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves solving technical puzzles and takes pride in being the first line of defense for our clients.

In this position, you will build and maintain real-time monitoring systems, respond to critical incidents, and work alongside backend teams to diagnose and resolve issues fast. Your contribution will be

  • Implement and maintain a robust real-time monitoring system that ensures full visibility into critical workflows before incidents escalate

  • Provide Level 1 support to clients, acting as the first line of defense to address issues, answer queries, and escalate critical incidents when necessary

  • Assist backend teams with scripting, bug reproduction, log analysis, and basic API testing

  • Create and standardize operational processes that enable scalability and consistent service quality

  • Analyze recurring issues and propose data-driven improvements to position the NOC as a strategic function

  • Ensure continuous operational coverage with well-structured shift handovers

  • Participate in small development activities to build hands-on backend knowledge

  • Identify gaps in current tools and workflows and bring solutions to the table

 


Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English, Spanish & Portuguese(written and verbal)

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support, NOC operations, or a similar role

  • Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and alerting systems

About the Role

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant end‑to‑end processing of payroll across multiple Maples Group entities. This role ensures the integrity of payroll data, statutory compliance, benefits reconciliations, and compensation-related financial reporting. The Payroll Specialist works closely with Finance, HR, Blue Bison vendor, benefit providers, and external auditors to support payroll operations, compensation budgeting, bonus cycles, and continuous process improvement. Roles and responsibilities include:


  • End to End Payroll Delivery: Manage complete monthly payroll cycles, including all employee lifecycle and pay adjustments (hires, terminations, absences, overtime, bonuses, allowances, reimbursements, loans, and manual payments), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure payroll compliance with labour laws, tax requirements, immigration rules, data privacy standards, and statutory obligations. Reconcile and submit pension contributions, manage cross jurisdiction requirements, and escalate tax or regulatory risks where appropriate
  • Benefits & Insurance Administration: Reconcile health, life, and other insurance deductions and employer contributions, investigate discrepancies, coordinate with HR and providers, and manage payroll related benefit payments including LTD
  • Compensation, Bonus & Budget Support: Support annual and interim bonus processes, assist with salary budgets, bonus forecasts, and headcount planning, and prepare compensation cost analyses and variance reporting for Finance leadership

Your Role

We are looking for a Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor who is deeply embedded in generative video workflows and can independently craft high-quality, narrative-driven content from concept to final output.

You are a sharp-eyed video editor comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity and emerging technology, building visually compelling long-form videos using AI-first pipelines. You take ownership of the entire production stack — from prompting and generation to editing, compositing, graphic design work and final delivery.   • Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and centred around existing AI characters (our own IPs)

  • Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production

Estamos com uma vaga aberta na área de Produtos de Investimentos (Business) do C6 Bank para Analista Pleno com foco em Produtos Offshore.

Buscamos alguém para atuar na rotina de produtos internacionais, com foco em manutenção, processos operacionais e suporte ao time comercial em demandas relacionadas a ativos offshore. A posição tem forte interface com diferentes áreas do banco, sendo importante ter organização, senso de dono e boa capacidade de execução.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Gestão e manutenção do book de produtos offshore (fundos, bonds e ativos listados);
  • Desenvolvimento e evolução de relatórios gerenciais e operacionais;
  • Execução de rotinas recorrentes da área (controles, validações, acompanhamento de eventos);
  • Apoio no onboarding de novos fundos e produtos internacionais;
  • Suporte ao time comercial e áreas internas em dúvidas e demandas relacionadas a produtos offshore;
  • Atuar como ponto de referência interna para temas ligados a investimentos internacionais.


Requisitos e experiência

  • Inglês fluente (mandatório);
  • Experiência com produtos offshore;
  • Conhecimento em Mutual Funds, ativos listados internacionais e Bonds;
  • Excel avançado;
  • Perfil analítico e organizado, com atenção a detalhes e capacidade de tocar rotinas com autonomia;
  • Python e SQL desejável.
