Job Type: Contract

Job Summary: In this hourly, remote contractor role, you will review AI-generated English-language responses and/or generate expert language content, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step edits while providing precise, actionable feedback. You will assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the prompt; identify errors in logic, meaning, methodology, or conceptual understanding; fact-check information when needed; write high-quality explanations and model revisions that demonstrate correct methods; and rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality. This role is a fast-growing AI Data Services company that provides AI training data for many of the world’s largest AI companies and foundation-model labs. Your language expertise directly helps improve the world’s premier AI models by making their outputs more accurate, natural, and clearly explained. Important: There is no immediate project for this role; however, if qualified, you will be among the first experts we reach out to when relevant opportunities arise. This will also provide you with access to future projects available through our expert network.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, English, Translation/Localization, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Expert command of English (C2/Native-level preferred) with Minimum C1 English proficiency required; multilingual ability (professional proficiency in at least one additional language) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse structure, and stylistic editing across registers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in identifying meaning drift, ambiguity, inconsistencies, and subtle errors; able to explain corrections clearly in writing.
  • Comfortable applying style guides and enforcing consistency (tone, terminology, punctuation, capitalization) across varied content types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
  • Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
  • Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.

The OpenTrack platform includes an AI logistics workflow builder, enterprise web application, API service, and customer white label portal which gives companies the ability to use best-in-industry freight visibility, performance metrics and predictive insights to fully automate logistics workflows.

Our customers are some of the most iconic brands and logistics companies in the world, and we have already transformed the way they work.

We are an international team (Nashville, Chicago, Europe) with a growing presence at our Nashville HQ.

We value autonomy, curiosity, and having a good time.  We’re seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the Head of Operations role.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an extension of the CEO, owning decisions, communications, and workstreams on the CEO's behalf so they can focus on the highest-leverage priorities
  • Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure company priorities are executed effectively, often stepping in to lead directly when the CEO's bandwidth is needed elsewhere
  • Own cross-functional project management for high-impact initiatives end-to-end, from planning through execution, so the CEO is informed without being in the weeds
  • Triage and manage incoming requests, decisions, and open items directed at the CEO, filtering, delegating, and resolving the majority independently
  • Help define, document, and operationalize company-wide processes to improve efficiency and alignment, reducing the need for CEO involvement in recurring decisions
  • Act as a central hub for communication, ensuring clarity and coordination across teams and serving as the first point of contact so that only the most critical matters reach the CEO
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions, owning the fix rather than escalating
  • Drive accountability by tracking progress against company goals, KPIs, and strategic priorities, surfacing risks and course-correcting with minimal CEO involvement
  • Conduct analysis and research to inform decision-making on business strategy, partnerships, and growth opportunities, delivering clear recommendations rather than raw information
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO on both strategic and operational matters, and proactively flag what the CEO needs to know before they have to ask
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (3–6 years) in a high-growth startup environment, consulting, operations, or strategy
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of business judgment and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, comfortable making decisions without full information
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted representative of senior leadership, owning outcomes rather than just supporting them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and levels
  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias toward action and execution, removing problems rather than surfacing them
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt quickly to evolving priorities

    Using Technology a Crisis
    • DEVENEY
    • Jharsuguda,
    marketing web dev video finance
In our everyday lives, we don’t think much about the ease of firing off a text, reading the latest in the Twittersphere, or checking the balance in our bank account. These are all fast, easy, and practically second nature to us. Things haven’t always been this way. The days of awaiting a written letter from a faraway friend and writing checks seem long ago, and much has changed courtesy of the technology boom.

When Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast in 2005, most people had cell phones. The storm rendered cell towers inoperable, so calls via cell phones were not an option. Texting was in its early stages and not yet recognized as a reliable and ubiquitous communication channel. Most phones had limited texting capability, and then it was awkward, time-consuming, and tedious at best.

Communication availability and reliability have greatly improved since those dark days. But recent disasters, including Hurricane Ida, remind us that cell phone networks’ service interruptions remain a problem. Such service interruptions mean your business may also be without its standard ways of operating.

This blog offers suggestions for using available technological tools when a crisis happens. Our real-life experience managing the enormity of communication challenges post-Katrina taught us to seek multiple ways to share information and target the groups receiving it.

We counsel clients to keep their people first and foremost in times of crisis. Is your team safe? Do they need any assistance? How would they ask for help? How will you let them know assistance is available? Meeting the needs of employees will help keep your institution operating during difficult times. Keeping them informed on status updates regarding operations is also a must. They will need regular updates to reassure them that the institution will weather whatever calamity has come its way.

Connecting with your employees can happen in several ways – email, text, phone calls, or intranet. Take the time to create a short video. Even one recorded on your phone will go a long way in calming fears and building trust. Recent research showed that employees whose company kept them informed via videos during the pandemic felt more secure in their jobs and confident in the overall recovery of their company post-COVID.

Once you are sure your employees are safe, you can focus on your customers. These two audiences may have several commonalities. But keep in mind that the messages to your internal and external audiences will be different. The growth of social media utilization can be a lifesaver in reaching your customers.

    Communications Audit

An audit of your communication function may be in order. We suggest our clients perform this in-depth look periodically and not just when a crisis looms. Spending time analyzing channels, messages, and schedules now will pay great benefits later should your institution face an emergency.

As part of this audit, consider both your employees and customers. Your responsibility to each is equally important, but each will have a different focus. Employees’ information needs will include other items than those for your customers.

As a leader in your business, you’ll have plenty to do should a crisis occur. Delegating and advance planning will be a significant help to you. As part of your communication audit, have communication roles and responsibilities identified and that information shared with team members responsible for enacting the plan.

Break Down The Communication Tasks Into These Basic Categories

Who: Who is responsible for updating the digital communication channels?

    • All social media channels should be updated and monitored. Monitor other sites for mentions of your business as well.
    • If office/business locations are listed on Google My Business, ensure days and hours of operation are updated.

Where: Where is your business represented online?

    • All social media channels should be updated and monitored. Monitor other sites for mentions of your business as well.
    • If office/business locations are listed on Google My Business, ensure days and hours of operation are updated.
    • Work with your web team or outside partner to have your website ready to activate a public-facing crisis-related page if necessary.
    • Remember to keep team members updated via your intranet. They will be important ambassadors for your institution during a crisis, and they need to know how the situation will impact their jobs.

    What: What is the update?

    • This is the most current information you want customers and employees to know regarding the situation.
    • Get approval from your legal team before releasing information.
    • You do not have to rush announcements. Make sure you allow enough time for thorough review and approvals before sharing updates.

    When: When are updates made?

    • Every situation is different. It is essential to have a clear and concise update describing the problem (power outage, information leak, or whatever the case may be) and update when you can. If it is a crisis that will last longer than a day, you will need additional updates.
    • If you decide to put a specific time on your next update, be sure you meet it, even if you don’t have new information.
    • The situation may call for updating several times. Be sure to do so in all channels and remember your website and intranet as well. Your team will watch those sites for details too.

How: This can be the trickiest part of handling a crisis and where advance planning will be a lifesaver.

    • Make sure those responsible for handling your online presence have access to do so. This means they need logins and passwords for all communication channels even if they don’t regularly handle those tasks.
    • You may consider investing in mobile hotspot devices to provide internet access for key team members. Plans vary in price and ability but could be a worthwhile investment in times of crisis involving loss of electricity or Wi-Fi.

The relationship of trust between customers and their chosen businesses is an important one. The same can be said for employees. Both expect – and deserve – to hear from you in times of crisis and learn how the situation will impact them.

As a leader, prepare now. Solidify and protect these priceless relationships. Your future will be brighter, and you will be grateful that you did if a crisis happens.

At NeuroDiscovery AI, we have solved the neurology recruitment crisis, unlocked comprehensive real-world data access, and accelerated real-world evidence generation. While competitors take 6–18 months to fill trials, we deliver qualified patients in weeks, instant real-world data access, and actionable evidence in days through our proprietary NeuroLLM trained on 5M+ patient records with 1.5M+ active patients.

NeuroDiscovery AI is seeking a Frontend Developer with deep, hands-on experience in medical imaging technology—specifically DICOM, OHIF, Orthanc, and PACS integrations. This is not a general frontend role; we are exclusively looking for engineers who have previously built, customized, or integrated clinical imaging viewers or PACS systems. You will play a critical role in building next-generation imaging interfaces that power neurological AI workflows, multimodal research, and patient analytics at scale.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Customize, extend, and optimize DICOM imaging viewers such as OHIF Viewer or CornerstoneJS for visualization, manipulation, and interpretation workflows.
    • Integrate Orthanc or other PACS servers to support secure retrieval, streaming, and querying of imaging studies.
    • Implement and optimize LLM-powered features within the imaging viewer — such as natural language search, study summarization, annotation extraction, and intelligent workflow assistance.
    • Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive web applications that support the review and manipulation of DICOM and multimodality medical images.
    • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and PACS systems via RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
    • Collaborate with UI,UX designers, clinicians, AI engineers, and backend teams to translate imaging requirements into technical solutions.
    • Optimize frontend applications for speed, scalability, streaming performance, and cross-browser,device compatibility.
    • Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards.
    • Stay current with emerging imaging, PACS, and frontend technologies.
    • Document architecture, imaging workflows, technical design decisions, and APIs, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
    • Participate in Agile team ceremonies and engineering processes.

    Minimum Qualifications

Important: Only candidates with real-world DICOM,OHIF,Orthanc,PACS experience will be considered. Please do not apply without this background.

    Social Content Editor Performance Marketing
    • Ecommerce Media
    • Sydney, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
video editor social media ads marketing

    About Ecommerce Media

Ecommerce Media is the creative-first performance partner built exclusively for Ecommerce Equation brands who are ready to scale. We don't just run ads or make content, we partner with ecommerce brands to drive real business growth. We tie paid media directly to what matters: real-time data, meaningful metrics, and above all, profitability.

Thanks to our partnership with The Ecommerce Equation (Australia's #1 ecommerce coaching community), we operate inside the most forward-thinking ecosystem in the country. That means our clients - and our team - get a front-row seat to the innovation shaping the future of ecommerce.

    The Opportunity

Ecommerce Media is growing, and great creative is at the centre of that growth. We're hiring a Performance Social Content Editor to join our creative team and own the production side of performance ad content. This includes editing videos that stop the scroll and drive results for some of Australia's most exciting ecommerce brands. If you know your way around an edit suite and understand why one cut outperforms another, this role is for you.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Edit high-performing video ads for Meta and TikTok, with a heavy focus on short-form, platform-native content
    • Produce a mix of creative formats; UGC ads, statics, GIFs, motion graphics, and other assets, using existing footage and supplied materials
    • Work closely with creative strategists to bring briefs to life, and push back when you see a better way
    • Analyse high-performing creative across Meta and TikTok to stay ahead of what's working, and apply those insights to your own output
    • Integrate AI tools and workflows into your process to improve efficiency and creative output
    • Manage multiple projects across a variety of ecommerce brands simultaneously, hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality

    What We're Looking For

    Experience & skills:

    • Experience creating social media and/or paid ad content, ideally within an agency or ecommerce environment
    • Strong video editing skills for short-form, platform-native content, particularly Meta ads
    • Competent across a range of formats including motion graphics and basic graphic design, not just video
    • Deeply immersed in social platforms: you follow trends, study what brands are doing creatively, and actually think about why things perform
    • Experience using CapCut or equivalent + Premiere Pro for video editing
    • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva for graphic editing

    Character & approach:

    • Genuinely curious about paid social performance, you want to understand the data behind the creative, not just deliver the file
    • Enthusiastic about using AI tools to work smarter and produce more
    • Comfortable switching between briefs, brands, and formats in a fast-moving environment

    Why Join Ecommerce Media

    • Work remotely with a high-calibre team that takes creative seriously
    • Direct exposure to fast-scaling ecommerce brands - your edits have real commercial impact
    • Access to The Ecommerce Equation ecosystem, Australia's #1 ecommerce community
    • Real ownership of your output, not a cog in a big agency machine
    • A team that invests in your growth, not just your output

    Sound like you?

Send your CV and a portfolio (or a few examples of ads you've edited) to creative@ecommercemedia.com.au or apply via Linked In with your portfolio attached.

If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!

    Just Nock— it’s Simpler

    05/03/24 | Logan Allen

Nock is the cornerstone of both Zorp, and Urbit’s, vision for computing. Nock was designed to be the foundation of a practical, simple, sovereign, personal computer.

In the 2010s, Big Tech’s Cloud killed personal computing. The “Urbit as personal server” narrative proposed that we needed personal servers to reclaim our collective digital sovereignty. Companies building personal server technology on top of Urbit found less demand for personal servers than they had hoped.

The technical fundamentals of Nock computing are the most mature they’ve ever been. The new Ares Nock runtime has proven out the solid-state interpreter model by making Nock execution both extremely fast and capable of dealing with large amounts of data. The Urbit OS kernel has matured significantly as well and increased in reliability. Promising updates to the Urbit networking protocol, Ames, are expected to land soon that enable high-bandwidth communication.

Adoption of personal servers, meanwhile, shows no sign of increasing, and the narrative has not been reconsidered or extended.

We are entering into a new era where Nock computing needs to grow beyond personal servers. The more fundamental Nock vision is easier to convey and describes a need for a whole Nock ecosystem. The Nock ecosystem should enable all personal computing: personal devices, servers, money, and more.

    What is Nock?

Nock makes your computer so simple that you can control it completely. Nock is not just a technical foundation; it’s a philosophy, a way of thinking about computing that puts simplicity and control at the forefront.

It’s often easiest to build intuition by analogy. If the Nock brand is Apple, today’s UrbitOS is iCloud, and Nockchain is Apple Pay. Marketing iCloud as a standalone component would be very difficult, but alongside the iPhone it’s indispensable. Add in Apple Pay alongside them, and the value compounds further. They’re all more valuable together when fit within a unified, vertically-integrated computing ecosystem.

Just as Apple’s “i” prefix became a symbol of innovation and integration, Nock is the unified brand of a new era in computing. Nock is a term that encapsulates the essential vision that has powered Urbit, but grown up.

Nock will power a whole range of consumer products, not just personal servers or a blockchain. NockOS is the operating system for personal computers, mobile devices. NockServer syncs the data between your devices, communicates directly with your friends’ Servers, and enables video chatting, real-time collaborative document editing, and other interpersonal computation.

As we move forward, it’s time to put Nock at the center of our narrative. We need to communicate the power and elegance of Nock in a way that resonates with consumers and developers, showing them how it can transform their digital lives and how easy it is to build on.

Arvo powers both NockOS for personal computers and NockServer for personal cloud. In 202X, the Nockphone is released. A few years later, the first Nockbook.

Every component of the above ecosystem centers the Nock concept, which is the only one a consumer needs to grasp.

Nock is the brand. We run a unified NockOS on our phone and laptop, connect to our NockServer personal cloud, and record value with Nockchain. It’s practical and convenient to take control of our personal computing.

We just call it all Nock—it’s simpler.

    OULA HEALTH

    Product Manager

    Full-Time

    • New York, Chicago or Charlotte
    • Reports to VP, Central Operations

    About Oula

Oula Health is a venture-backed, midwifery-led maternity and GYN care company building the next generation of women's healthcare. We partner exclusively with major health systems — including Mount Sinai, Stamford Health, and Novant Health — to embed our collaborative OB-GYN and midwifery model directly inside their networks. We're a team of ~100 people at Series B stage, with 4 clinics today and three more opening in 2026.

    The Role

At Oula, our product doesn't sit alongside our EHR — it integrates directly into it. Every product and engineering decision has downstream consequences for how our EHRs are configured, and every EHR configuration decision shapes what's possible on the product side. Someone has to hold both at once.

We're looking for a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve our core technology stack — including our EHR, patient portal, and care management platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and health system integration, serving as the internal and external subject matter expert on our EMR and the primary lead for health system EHR integrations.

You'll manage the day-to-day health of our tech stack, partnering closely with both internal teams and external health system stakeholders to ensure our systems run smoothly and our integrations deliver. You can sit with a midwife and understand why a clinical template matters, then turn around and write a bug ticket that engineering can actually action, then build the SOP so the next market launch doesn't require you to be in the room. When things are ambiguous (and they often are), you'll lean in rather than wait for clarity.

    What You'll Own

    EHR Configuration & Clinical Systems

    • Own day-to-day management of our core tech stack: the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform
    • Own Athena and Epic configuration end to end: clinical templates, order sets, lab configurations, payer connectivity, and access management for clinical and ops staff
    • Lead EHR integration efforts as the internal and external subject matter expert — FHIR/HL7 data exchange, health system IT coordination and committed go-live timelines
    • Own and accelerate Epic integration timelines as we onboard additional health system partners
    • Maintain configuration integrity as new markets launch and care model workflows evolve
    • Partner with our IT team on infrastructure; own the clinical systems layer they don't touch

    Product Operations & Launch

    • Own bug intake and prioritization from Market Operations — standardize how Engineering receives, scopes, and resolves issues and communicates status back to the field
    • Build structured launch toolkits and training materials so clinic teams are prepared for new feature rollouts on day one
    • Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations
    • Identify where AI and automation can reduce manual administrative burden in product operations workflows

    Standards & Knowledge Management

    • Build and maintain the clinical systems SOP library so new market setup is repeatable — documented well enough that a new hire can execute without you in the room
    • Develop onboarding materials for clinic managers and clinical staff on EHR workflows and tooling
    • Drive feature parity efforts so patients and clinicians experience a consistent standard of care across markets

    Data & Reporting

    • Build and maintain dashboards tracking feature adoption, issue resolution, and rollout health across clinics
    • Develop quarterly reporting for Product, leadership, and health system partners on platform performance
    • Ensure data infrastructure is in place to measure the impact of every feature rollout

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work — ideally at a growth-stage digital health or services company
    • Strong problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity — you like figuring out how things work and making them work better
    • Ease with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this role requires you to create the playbook, not execute someone else's
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines — ideally with client-facing or health system-facing experience
    • Ability to speak ‘multiple languages’ – comfort going deep on technical details while communicating clearly to non-technical audiences; you can write a bug ticket, an SOP, and a launch plan that people actually follow; hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience strongly preferred
    • Analytical enough to build a dashboard and identify a pattern, even if you're not a SQL expert

    What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you've audited our current Athena configuration, identified gaps, and have a remediation plan. You understand the bug triage process well enough to have improved it. You've met your counterparts at every health system partner and know what's coming for the next Epic integration.

At six months, new market launches have a repeatable systems and product checklist. Clinic teams know what to expect before a feature goes live. Bug resolution time is measurably faster and the field is no longer sending issues into a black hole.

At one year, the SOP library is comprehensive, clinical systems configuration is stable and documented, and you've successfully navigated at least one new health system EHR environment. The product team has a reliable partner and the ops team isn't dependent on any single person for systems knowledge.

    Compensation & Details

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and location

    Equity: Options commensurate with level

Location: Preference for New York/New Jersey/Connecticut, Chicago or Charlotte Remote-flexible with periodic travel to clinic locations and health system partners
